snoring golden retriever
Is my 4 month pup ok? she snores sometimes it scare me?

she snores every once in a while she is a golden retriever/chow mix looks more like the golden though….please help, i will be takin her to the vet for a check up she hasnt gone yet she has had her shots by me..and wormed as well…also her bones pop i can here them at times when she gets up not all the time but sometime. please help is this a problem later?

Our lab snores like a steam train -she can be outside and I can often hear her from inside the house!
We’ve had her checked at the vets regularly for her checkups and she is perfectly healthy, they’ve checked her nose, and her throat and everything is fine.
Definately mention it to your vet when you go in for her check up, and ask them just to look, but if they say everything looks fine, then don’t worry about it – she’s just a heavy sleeper!
With regards to the popping, you have to be careful with retrievers about hip displasier, as your vet to check out her hips as well.
It may just be that she is flexible, and as she is growing, her bones might be shifting around a little bit, but the vet is the best person to establish this with you. They should look at her hips, etc when they are checking her up anyway.
If at anytime she appears to be in pain, then take her in straight away, don’t wait for the check up.
