how to block snoring noise
My Roommate Snores Heavily…ways to block out the noise?
I don’t want to crush her pride and tell her to do something about it:/
I think her snoring is a result of her extra weight though:/
I already switch between two sets of really good earplugs and put the air conditioning on high, but it is almost winter and we don’t have central heating so I have to let go of the ac and a plug in electric heater could cause a fire if left on all night.:/
Any suggestions on how to better block the noise?

well, you could consider a noise machine… but ive also heard that marjoram oil helps with snorers… you could get a jar of marjoram oil and leave it open at night in the room of the snorer, clear nasal passages to decrease snoring. hope this helps! my boyfriend snores, so i feel your pain!
