what are some ways to survive a night of loud snoring?
lets say u really need some sleep but u cant due to ur partner snoring..how do u survive through the night?
OH GOD i feel your pain. I bought my boyfriend those breathe right strips and they help a lot. it doesn’t make it go away completely but it helps quite a bit. With earplugs in you can get a peaceful night’s sleep. Tell your partner to avoid eating late at night and to take a hot shower before bed to clear out thier sinuses before bed. That can help too.
