What’s wrong with my kitten?
He’s 4 months old and he breathes as if his nose is blocked. This has been going on for quite a while now. It’s worse when he’s asleep, there’s some sort of a wheezing sound. I don’t know if it’s only snoring because he doesn’t breathe well when he’s up too. So what’s wrong with him?
nope we didn’t get him from a rescue centre. And I don’t think it’s just a cold because it has been going on for a while and I’m really worried about it.
He needs antibiotics.
Like someone else said, it sounds like a respiratory infection. When we first got my kitten, had had a VERY resilient one that lasted for like 2 weeks. We had to get two sets of antibiotics from the vet.
Your cat seriously sounds exactly how mine was… kind of wheezing and breathing like that stereotypical nerd in cartoons with the 2-inch thick glasses and an inhaler. If you don’t get him treated, it will continue.
