stopping snoring with surgery
Is there anything that we can do to stop our dog from snoring so loud? It’s keeping my wife awake at night!?
Anything with regards to training or whatever. We’d prefer not to go the surgery route, if that’s even possible.
He is a neutered two year old pit/boxer.
Boxers snore .. and can snore quite loudly!
I have 4 and all of them snore at different noise levels
There is no surgery to correct their snoring as it is due to the anatomy and genetic makeup. It is not as if they have a deviated septum.
The snoring in a boxer is due to their short muzzles .. as for a mixed breed .. it would depend on what characteristics were acquired from the Dam and Sire that the dog takes more like.
But there is nothing you can do for snoring in training same as you can’t when a human snores.
Have your dog sleep in his crate in another room other than the one you and your wife sleep in.
