Is It Ok For My 7 Month Old To Sleep With A Pillow?

A few weeks ago one of the throw pillows fell off our couch.
My 7 month old son crawled over and plopped down on it
Before my boyfriend could pick it up.
We decided he could play with it because everyone was
In the living room with him at the time.
But within minutes he was laying across it… Snoring. (Cute)
Well since that day he pull the pillows off the couch,
Then lays down to nap on them when he gets sleepy.
That’s no problem for us when someone can
Keep an eye on him.
The problem is that he hasn’t wanted to
Go to bed without a pillow.
So we put one in his crib,
Then when he falls asleep we take it,
But sometimes he wakes up…
He does not want to sleep without laying across a pillow.
Is this ok for a 7 month old baby?
If not is there and way I can improvise for him?
Any Useful Tips Would Be Appreciated.

I personally wouldn’t let my child sleep with a pillow. With him being younger and being able to roll over and such I don’t see it as being safe/and or okay. Id try breaking him from the habbit the best you can!
